-
Do not attend your lesson/gig if you are showing any of the signs or are contagious in any way. Stay at home.
-
Call your doctor for advice if you think you might have the virus.
-
Wipe down keyboards/pianos down with wipes before and after use. Especially if it's a shared instrument like at your music lesson.
-
Use your own microphone.
-
Carry hand sanitiser with you and use it regularly!
-
Wash your hands regularly and make sure you lather them up before rinsing.
-
Cover your mouth with a tissue or sleeve when coughing to help stop the spread of droplets which may contain the virus.
-
Keep your distance from anyone who appears to have any of the symptoms (coughing/breathing difficulties/sneezing etc)
-
If you are asthmatic, make sure you have your inhaler.
-
Take this seriously. But don't panic. Let's protect the most vulnerable from getting this virus. You might survive it, but the elderly and people with weakened immune systems might not!
